Eleanor was a bit fussy the whole time.
This was right next to where we were staying.

A boulder the size of a softball hit the windshield on the way up. Eleanor and Adam on our stroll from the park. The view at the top of our gondola ride. Gorgeous! Kids checking out the scenery on the gondola ride. Daddy and Eleanor on our ride up part of the mountain. This place is huge! Pretty walk. On our walk to get some much needed coffee in the morning. The kids playing around at the bakery/pizza place we went to for dinner. Great food but service wasn't that great. We did go to a great brewpub in town. They had really great brews and the service was excellent! I wish i would have taken some photos from that place. Eleanor was trying to flirt with the waiter, so cute. Telluride is so gorgeous! It was super quite, except for my little Eleanor. It is definitely a place to go and get some much needed R and R.  While Eleanor was fussy for the most part, we still had a good time. This is definitely not the worst trip we have ever been on. As we say a lot around here, maybe next time.

Walking down to play on the field.

We were super lucky to get this private tour of the CSU stadium. We really do get to do some cool stuff with the Mom's Club we are apart of. The kids had such a blast running around the different parts of the stadium. It was super windy that day but we had a blast!

happy birthday baby girl!

Eleanor turns 2! Eleanor and I spent the whole day together yesterday for her birthday. We had so much fun. We went out for bagels for breakfast, went swimming, shopping, got balloons, ate cake, and opened presents. Loved spending time one on one with my baby girl! She had a fabulous birthday! Can't wait to see what the next year brings!

coyote ridge hike

Our hike at coyote ridge. We saw a ton of prairie dogs along the way. We also only did a partial hike, as the kids were very heavy to push up the trail. I found out about this place by looking up good hikes for kids. I would say that this hike was not good for my children's age group. They are 1 and 3 and it was definitely not meant for them. I think I was terrified when I saw the sign rattlesnakes in area beware. I really wanted to try something new though. I was terrified for some reason that we were gonna be attacked by the prairie dogs. I wanted a nature hike and that was definitely what we got. After we were done, we enjoyed lunch before packing up and heading home. I would have enjoyed it more had my husband come with us, or just gotten over being so chicken about the prairie dogs and the possibility of seeing a rattlesnake.

update

So, it's been forever since i've written on here. things have been kinda crazy around here with two little ones. This picture can sum up what we have been going through with Eleanor. She has been a very hard baby. We found out she had acid reflux and she also can't handle it when I eat dairy. These past eight months have been crazy. We love our little princess but she is some kind of crazy.
